(When doing so please include: any pertinent details pertaining to the order (i.e.) item color, imprint color, quantities, special printing instructions, etc.).......or simply pick up the phone and dial us at 217-440-9797 & let our highly experienced staff help you along every step of the way!

Payment & Shipping:

In most cases payment is (due-on-receipt) or when your apparel (and/or) promotional product order arrives. There is "NO HASSLE" with taking time from your busy schedules to pick your items up. CDM delivers your items right to your FRONT DOOR! In some cases many companies & corporations, etc. can be set-up on NET 30 TERMS. We will work with you in every way that we can to satisfy your particular preferred payment methods!

Returns & Refunds:

Custom imprinted apparel. artwork & order confirmations that were approved by the customer have a NO RETURN POLICY! This means if your order comes in just the way you ordered & approved it there won't be any need to return it! In any circumstance that you are not 100% satisfied with your order give us a call or shoot us an e-mail...and let us make it right!
